加賀ゆびぬき作家・森本道恵と小山箸店のコラボレーション
石川県金沢市に拠点を持つ「加賀ゆびぬき作家 森本道恵」と、石川県輪島市の箸専門店「小山箸店」のコラボレーション ヘアアクセサリー。美しい糸や木の端材に新たな命を与える簪（かんざし）を全てブラックで仕上げました。
昔、加賀友禅のお針子たちは、針仕事で生じた美しい布の切れ端や、残り糸を大切に取り集め、実際に裁縫に使用するためにゆびぬきを作ってきたと言われています。
「端ノ簪」（はしのかんざし）は、加賀ゆびぬきの原点に立ち返り、日々の製作過程で生まれる端切れや糸を利用して作られた加賀ゆびぬきの簪です。
簪の芯には、手作業で丁寧に仕上げられた拭き漆のお箸が使われています。不揃いでペアにならなかったお箸を素材として再利用しています。
芯にゆびぬきを通すことで、世界に一つだけの簪が完成します。本来ならば捨てられる運命にあった端材が新たに蘇り、皆様に新しい輝きをお届けします。
Collaboration between Kaga Yubinuki artist Michie Morimoto and Koyama Chopsticks Store "Hashi no kanzashi"
This hair accessory is a collaboration between Kaga Yubinuki artist Michie Morimoto, based in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and Koyama Chopstick Store, a chopstick specialty store in Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture. The hairpins that give new life to beautiful threads and wood scraps are all finished in black.
It is said that in the past, Kaga Yuzen seamstresses carefully collected scraps of beautiful cloth and leftover thread from needlework and made ybinuki to actually use for sewing.
"Hashi no kanzashi" is a Kaga yubinuki hairpin that returns to the origins of Kaga yubinuki and is made using scraps and threads produced during the daily production process.
The core of the hairpin is made of carefully hand-finished wipe lacquer chopsticks. Due to the unevenness of the chopsticks, we reuse chopsticks that were not paired as materials.
By threading the thread through the core, you will create a one-of-a-kind hairpin. Offcuts that were originally destined to be thrown away are revived and brought to life in a new light.
