The texture and shape of the craft itself is wonderful, but I would have been more interested in purchasing it if it had an abstract pattern or a plain color. 【2】 Many crafts have classic color schemes and patterns, but it is true that there are a certain number of people who find them old-fashioned. By using the single color black, it is possible to draw attention to the wonderful form, virtuosity, and design. Furthermore, it is possible to have the experience of imagining and discovering the essence of crafts. 【3】 A sales floor or exhibition scene where multiple crafts are gathered. When you look at the whole rather than the individual, there are cases where you feel a bit unsophisticated. (My subjective opinion) To put it in a good way, it has a festival feel, liveliness, and a classic Japanese atmosphere. However, we believe that by unifying package designs and display methods across crafts, we can create a sophisticated impression. We thought that by doing so, there would be a possibility that people who had not previously been interested in traditional crafts would become interested. 【4】 Recently, there are many ways to sell crafts by clearly conveying their backstory. It's certainly an ideal method. However, before I explain the story, I want to create crafts that people can intuitively feel at first glance, ``I want it,'' ``It's cool,'' and ``I want to use it.'' That's what I was thinking while I was making the work.
